The property is quite good but the roads of the society are very damaged. The room was clean, house service was also good, the food was costly (according to me), but it was good, outside food is not allowed (personally feel that eating outside is much cheaper). Ambience is good, metro station is in walking distance. Wifi speed is good. Overall the exclusive experience was great and enjoyed the stay. my stay at kusum house was really enjoyable and staff was friendly and food was delicious

check in and checkout good all staff was very nice the room was clean, comfort, cool Free wi - fi and complimentary break fast (very nice) and mineral water over all excellent stay our family all enjoy this property

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The service and amenities were pleasant, but their approach to check-out was poor. Even exceeding the check-out time by five to ten minutes resulted in penalties or extra charges.

The property location was hard to find because on the app it is Kusum House but in real it's named as Twin Towers and the service was too bad the receptionist asked many questions to us that make us uncomfortable, secondly the electricity cut off in the afternoon for almost 2 hours we have experience high heat, the food menu was pretty expensive, we have checked out from the Hotel yesterday only in the night at about 7:47 PM because of the electricity cut off

It's an excellent stay. Location is good and the morning compliment breakfast is also very good
