This stay was good and reliable. It is near to beach and view is lovely as well. I will stay again here in future if needed

Please ask for location from owner before reaching the place as it is very confusing. Rest property is newly built and value for money, neat and clean little far from sea but overall good & worth staying.

Outside view was not that good. Far from sea takes 15 min of walk. Wifi password was not provided. Parking space is compact. Cannot park more than 3 car. Else is ok for 1 day. Food was good made by caretaker. Overall experience average.

Property is located less than a km away from beach. Hotel is clean having open kichen in backyard. Both veg & fish food is awesome. Staff & kitchen people are very kind.

it was a well designed room but had severe water issues. also cleanliness was not upto the mark and staff attitude was too bad. had informed to cook non spicy daal for my 5 yrlear young but staff flatly informed that this is best they can serve - daal with a mirchi. horrible experience

I enjoyed my stay at Kokan Praj. Nice homestay with all basic facilities - Geyser, AC , Internet. it is 5 min walk away from the Dive Agar beach. People are very polite and kind from this home stay. The best thing about this stay is homely konkani food. one suggestion - location on the map can be put in a more precise way
