Washrooms were not clean and they said they don't have a sweeper to clean it. The staff was not very hospitable.

Staff is rude did not cooperate with the customer so it’s my suggestion not to stay at this property.

Room was nice. Food in the restaurant attached to hotel was also great, not at all costly. But service, hospitality not upto the mark. My checkin was at 12:00 noon. I requested the hotel for early check in as i was going to reach at around 10 am to which they replied that they will be able to accommodate us upto 11:30 am. But on reaching the hotel they kept us waiting till around 12:40 pm. Getting on the room part, room was fine but full of insects and mosquitoes at night. There was all out machine in the room but with empty refill. We asked for the refill in the afternoon only to which they said they would provide us, but at around 10:30 pm they said they don't have any refill available. Thankfully we only had one night to stay there.

Very bad experience in stay room not clean

Hotel & its services are damn poor. It is a lodge rather. Please ensure booking excluding breakfast (else your money would be totally wasted) jaley hue para-they was served to us & when we asked for poha as other option, the hotel guys denied by saying you have to order only one dish for both of you. You may find number of food joints around the hotel, better to opt those and save on money vis-a-vis frustration. Pre-booked from “mmt” through an advance payment; even cannot ask refund of the breakfast money part in the total fare. Pathetic experience.
