Overall it was good. there was a gym in the hotel that was good for me. The staff is supportive.

I faced a some issue in my room like ventilation and bathroom not proper clean yet. I feel sofacted in room

Very bad service. They cut the power at night. Rooms were not cleaned. Services are very slow. They don't pick up the call.

Room was very terrible. Showing picture that tiles are lay in floor but it was matt actually and it was damaged condition every whare. The toilet flush was not working, have to use water by bucket to flush. Bath shower was not working.

The hotel didn't provide any basic facilities

Flooded bathroom without air exhaust, no room service, no in-house dining, no doormats, single towel for two people. Ill-ventillated room. Disturbance due to gym nearby

It's a holi time, management was worst no cleanliness hotel guys don't have manners to speak with the guest on duty roaming without shirt, i have to drag the boys for cleaning room and making bad 3days they didn't clean the room i completed about the staff about there behaviour but staff was justifying we are like this if you want to come visit you are welcome or you can check with other hotels i feel bad about the hotel owner. Last day they provide me the water bottle they made us cry for bathroom water and drinking water 4days i stay there without breakfast lanch and dinner i can't able to change with my family at once it's very difficult for me i spent very terrible time.

Property in centre of city. Everything is in approachable distance.

Hotel is approx 1 km far from railway station,well situated in chowk market.Hotel facility is average.I booked as advance but when reached( approx 2'o clock pm),then they completed the room.there was no curtains in the room.I called attendant many times to hung the curtains but finally they not completed the request.In the night,water supply running down due to empty tank.after complaint many people then they started the motor to fill the tank.

It was ok not very good i was expecting for airy room but it was suffocating

loud music due to gym at the floor,pathetic and unhygienic food,inefficient house staff.

I don’t try food but stay is o key o key type.

The hotel was not well maintained and food and service was below average. Food and tea order was also delayed, and only one towel was provided between two people.
