We were there for a business trip, location though situation initially looked awkward but it’s ok. Food they have potential to improve once there are many bookings, however, from their end they had out lot of efforts to make us comfortable and happy. Overall services are at a par with any other star hotel. It’s big, open and has a fresh feeling

familyProperty is good. Staff and service was so bad. Please do not add complimentary dinner lunch or breakfast. Pathetic service and food. Tea will give you worst day start. Untrained staff. Lastly for extra bed they provide extra bed like dharmsala no folding bed you will get.

It is a nice and beautiful place, especially i love the view of the fateh sagar lake. I admire the view and the place. Kind staff and quality food and stay. I just loved it. I’ll recommend others to visit and stay once and enjoy the place, food and view.
