Terrible Stay
familyWe could not stay at the hotel due to bad weather. I informed the manager / owner that we are unable to reach phata but he did not listen nor did refund. Due to heavy rainfal and guidelines and ban issued by uttrakhand cm we could not reach. On humanitarian basis refund should have been made but the hotel did not listen. The worst hotel in kedarnath.

Situated at remote area. Difficult to reach at night. But staff regularly tracked the position on phone, therefore reached comfortably.
Staff was courteous and supportive. Overall experience is excellent.
