The room was excellent, so as the ambiance, cleanliness and service. 💐

very bad experience. the toilet seat was broken. the walls in the room were dirty. worst was the electric kettle. as i opened the lid of the kettle in the morning i nearly throwed. it was stinking as it had not been washed.

unhygienic room and poor quality of food. no a good experience for stay and food.

The room was good. The wash room was terrible- very very small with full of foul smell No call from Hotel staff either welcome or confirmation. Food was also just average. Staff behaviour give you the feeling like a government owned hotel- very casual and no enthusiasm

We were travelling and this hotel suited us well for one day stay as it was nicely located right on highway. We had booked one double room and a family room. The double room had average hygiene but not bad. The family room was bad. The bathroom was stinking and they tried their best but that wasn't enough. It was hard to spend the night there. it's exhaust was ineffective and the geyser didn't work. The body wash gel had a broken dispenser and we had to ask for and use soaps instead. The shocker however was the breakfast. It was limited to either Sandwich, or Parantha, or an Omelette. Parantha was unbearable while the sandwich was edible. Two of us still took those because they didn't give us an option. Omelette was the only thing good but when my son in his youth wanted a second helping of omelette they almost refused. It took us all our persuasion to convince the very curt guy at reception to give another to my son. This left a very bitter taste. The room service guys were polite but they were always busy getting ready vacated rooms to care about those who already occupy that. The only great thing was there being a big food court on the ground floor of the hotel where one can have virtually anything of one's choice. It is sad that the hotel has such a beautiful location and environs, and good quality infrastructure, yet chooses to offer such bad treatment to patrons. I for one, will not mind paying more for a room but the room/bathroom has to be clean, and thr breakfast should be proper. No guest should be told that you cannot have a second omelette for breakfast. The staff at reception needs some serious lessons in hospitality.

Value for money. Food was excellent specially their barbecue. Ambience is good. Only i had issue with bathroom shower was not working otherwise comfortable stay.

Very conveniently located beside the national highway, most appropriate for an overnight halt on my journey. Good amenities and the room is well decked.

It was awesome. The food, rooms and place was worth coming back for. It had chhayos dominos, moti mehal, mcd also in the complex. Rooms were well maintained.

We took a family room that has two queen beds, sofa, dining table et al. Room was well maintained. One of the acs made weird noise which they didn’t bother to repair. Very close to karma lake and lots of food options in the food court on ground floor. Small decent place to spend a night.

Price is high and no faccility and poor services. It's not good in this price band. Lack of ammenities and services. Room is not so good. 0 points out of 10.

The hotel had a good staff the room was nice. But i was little dissatisfied with the washrooms of the deluxe rooms. The size of the washrooms was bit smaller especially bathing area. According to me the articles in the washrooms the pedistel etc were not upto the mark. I would request to improve upon the bathroom amenities.
