Well it is satisfactory. I won't say it is exceptional. Hotel needs loads of improvement. Room was small and toilet was not working properly. And there was no parking

Decent rooms and good service. The food available in the property was also good.

Their behaviour on starting was very good, but they provided classic room on the place of delux, process of check in and check out was very slow. They don't provide Gst bill, I don't know why...

The location of the hotel is very good, in a lively area of karnal (many various shops. The railway station is not very far. The check in was very quick. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and professional. Wifi was perfect. Food was available

My name is incorrectly mentioned in the invoice and my name is miss daman preet kaur. But you have mentioned mr in place of miss and they are denying me for providing bills due to which i cannot claim my rebursiment your customer support is also pathetic. Such a bad experience with make my trip

1. Rooms are not clean when we reached. 2. Standard rooms are not up to the mark what they have mentioned in details. 3. First they said they will provide the mattress after they don't. 4. Stopped us while using the hair dryer, don't know why. 5. Mosquitos are in the room and we have asked for good night machine but they don't have.
