Review Of Kainchi Divine Retreat By Wild Cherry Hotels

The Hotel was not as displayed in the pictures. Very bad condition for which a concern was registered with pictures too. No action was taken by MakeMyTrip and we were told that this is to be sorted between the property people and us. We checked out the same day of checkin and informed MakeMyTrip customer care personnel. I have requested for a refund but it appears that there is no action. I have paid for a property which was not even worth 2k-3k. This is so so disappointing and painful. I am expecting MMT to take some useful action. Summary of issues, no towels, no iron table, iron, toiletries were third class, no hair dryer, furniture was broken. I would not blame the property but MMT for this. The property also informed me that the room is inclusive of breakfast. I need my refund and that’s it.

I stayed for 2 nights. Property is just 5mins walk to Kainchi dham. I stayed in premium room which has balcony facing Kainchi dham. You get to view Kainchi dham temple right from your room’s balcony which is an added advantage. Room is spacious with basic amenities. It has vegetarian resturant. Hotel has their own parking. Hotel has approx 25 rooms. Service to room is quick. Property seems newly built .

Food is costly, and room service is pathetic

Best view of Kainchi ashram you can get. But rooms were unclean at this price point we expect more clean rooms View- 5/5. Staff- 5/5. Cleanliness-3/5

Wonderful stay and near to Dham

This is an amazing hotel with all the staffs so full of life and more than willing to help and support the people staying in the property, often going beyond their capacity. Whenever I visit Kainchidham I will always stay in this property.

Did not have a good stay here, so here’s my honest review. The guy on the reception was very rude and did not listen to us at all. The location that they’ve given is also wrong. The quality of the food was not good and there was no buffet, but they had charged us for it at the time of the booking. At the time of our check-out we informed a day prior that since we have an early morning flight we will be checking out early in the morning, but even then not a single staff person was there at the whole property to help us with our luggage or with the check out, nobody was picking up our call, and the reception and the restaurant were locked from the outside. Also, all the noise from the other rooms, was coming in the room even when all windows and doors are closed. Overall not a good stay and experience, it’s not worth the amount of money they’re charging at all, would not recommend to anybody.

I had a very good experience of staying at Kainchi Divine Retreat Hotel at Kainchi Dham. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Location is very nice and near the temple. Food is also very good. Overall experience was great. It’s a great place to stay. Kamlesh Rai

Hotel interiors are good. Cleanliness needs to be improved at restaurant, restaurant hand wash area. Insulation between rooms are not enough, you will hear somebody walking all the time. We were unable to sleep whole night due to this. Staff and service are generally good and behaviour is warn

Good Place to stay at kainchi. with Mandir view and just 5 mins walk to mandir. I felt price was bit high.

Perfect lication for kaichi Dham location

The property is still under construction. Bathroom fixtures were leaking and there was no main door lock from inside the room. Need to improve quality and service.

Though the location of the property is very good, but the hospitality is very average. No proper breakfast is served. Even after taking all inclusive breakfast package there was hardly anything offered. The staff also needs to be a little more warm with the travellers.
