Excellent location and property. Hospitality needs improvement. Staff is polite and helpful but needs to be told repeatedly eg. tables in restaurant not cleaned immediately after each meal.

Very disappointed
Booked for two nights, despite exorbitant cost. But they let down in every aspect - no follow up for arrival, check in was terrible at mid night, irresponsible room.service, complementary breakfast was not of good quality. Checked in late by 12 hrs no consideration on a request for late checkout. Denied water bottles as complementary quota was over.

It's a pleasant stay in the beach resort, food was good preparation and serve to room also in time.. Swimming pool was maintain and cleaning regularly... Childrens enjoyed very much.... Quick power backup if electricity down...and response was good in reception... Walkable distance to beach....

The stay was good. Swimming pool well maintained. Beach was very near. Suits for both friends and family. Breakfast complimentary was good. Would be better if more menu options available for lunch and dinner as well.

Had the best experience at the resort, swimming pool is very nice and clean. The beach is also near and very beautiful. Resort's staff is very helpful and polite.

we had a wonderful stay in the resort. family room was very nice as we could stay together and enjoy our time. pool was well maintained. totally it was a satisfied trip altogether 😊

Average Stay
Whole property looks good from outside. Family cottage rooms were not spacious, they are container rooms. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean. Swimming pool was not clean. Breakfast was good but it was very slow.

Peaceful location
familyStayed for a night. Spacious room. But after checkin had to ask for a room cleaning. Had to call for towels, kettle, hair dries and other toiletries. These were not available when we checked in. They responded well when we asked for the same. No complaints. The property is very well maintained.

The standard cottage, I stayed at was awful.
The standard cottage is in pretty bad condition. The bathroom is horrible. Not recommended for anyone.

Terrible Stay
They didn't even provide drinking water even after repeated requests and we were even ready to pay for it if it's chargeable.
