Review Of Joe's homestay

No food facility and no safety and rooms are not clean and not provided hot water for our time and full of mosquitos . Very very very poor remarks about the stay.

Worst ever experience i got in the stay. Pathetic stay it was.

It wasn't as shown on the internet. Had terrible atmosphere and terrible lighting. Left the place immediately.

Make my trip not confirmed hotel, and jos home stay not give the room ok i am book another room

The property is so old, no maintainance at all specially the room including the bathroom provided to us is in very bad position.

When i couldn't check in as property is closed where is question of safety?

Need to change blankets, using very old and small blankets and have to keep calling bells, and more over no dining area no hot water facilities for upstairs

Bath rooms are really bad, broken toilet seats, running taps. Smelly bed rooms no basic bath requirements are met. If somebody goes thinking you will have at least bath towels, they will be in for surprise

Rooms are safe hygienic and service will be provided immediately or within 10mins, food was also delicious

Isolated. Average cleanliness. Good care by Uday. Boys gang can have fun

I like the location and there no one cook is not there and for food before 2-hour information as to be given.

Good locality, peaceful and has shop accessibility. But the room was badly maintained with lots of lizards and insects and even cobwebs. Dusty and badly lit. Great hospitality though. The service was good and the manager was very respectful. With a little bit of property maintenance and cleanliness it could be a great place to stay.

He is rude. (1) Refused extra bed sheet. (2) Dark when we asked he said lights burned. (3) Refused bonfire. (4) He said one chapati, rice, sambar in the dinner. So immediately we vacated this dirty Homestay and checked into other.

Homestay is in a village. Harish the care taker is very nice person. He has taken care of our group as if we are guest in his own home. Everything he provided in just one call. Food is awesome. They have their own restaurant. Food. Is far better than most of the high Wifi restaurant. Very hygienic and good food at very reasonable food. If you are in a group you can definitely try this. Not recommended for couple as it's little far from City. Everything is accessible at walking distance.

It was just ok ok property. The place was clean and secure. They provide only breakfast, not a meal. I would suggest them to provide lunch and dinner also. It will be better because no restaurant was nearby. Staff was cooperative. Bone fire facility was there, but they charge a high amount for it. I think charges should be lower.

Everything was good, had no issues there. The caretaker was helpful and I can recommend others.

The hotel perfectly located near kemmankundi which is very easy to reach the hebbi fall and hill top, food provided in the hotel was very good, felt like staying in home with well maintained garden and cctv security and provided campfire.

The place is okay and service/food is comparatively better. Location of the home stay is very near Kemmangundi, Kalathgiri and hebbe falls. Camp Fire can be arranged by people of home stay. An Ideal place for bunch people to enjoy their weekend and not very suitable for couples thought. Overall it's good place to stay and enjoy.

Property located is in right place for sightseeing of Nearby places(within 15 km) are-Kemmangundi, Kalhatti falls & Hebbe falls. (40km- Mullayanagiri & Baba Budangiri hills). Property cleanliness is very much required as there is limited staff & hot water is available based on request. Electricity supply would be available from Evening 6pm to Merging 6am ONLY. Food quality is average good as the oil they use is not good quality otherwise cooking is good. Staff co ordination is good. Overall experience is Good. Need few improvements as mentioned above.
