stay was very unpleasant. we vacate the room within 2 hours. wall was smelling moisty. stairs was very high so difficult to climb. hotel was renovating so they gave us backside rooms. very low lighting in room dark haunted type. we booked room 1 month back room prices but when I saw on website during check-in the room prices was shockingly so what the benefit of early booking. i recommend not to stay at their. because they didn't refund anything when we left hotel in 2 hours of check-in.

The place is good. But dnt expect to be lavish. The washrooms are very old style n overused types. The property is v pretty but yes only for ppl looking for sm fort kinda stay. It doesn’t feel like lavish hotel. Also food is a big no no since the hotel caters to mostly foreigners expecting indian food is disappointing as the a fixed option (dal roti paneer) no more. Also location is very isolated it’s literally in the gaon.

Rooms were clean and service was good

1. The room said to be a cottage was an ordinary room absolutely with basic minimum. 2. The linens and towels were poor 3. Only one person who bundled as a receptionist(putting that word to shame, a bell boy, the porter er all. He too was not available. 4. The property in not hotel property and is situated 10 to 12 kms from jodhpur city and is exhorbitantly priced. 5. It is a god forsaken place in a village with nothing at hand.

Felt the homely warmth of the royals in a well maintained haveli where the host can boost of carrying ahead the legacy of royal past for the 8th generation in a row. Stay to experience it. Best part it's been looked after by the owner who shares a part of it. The attendants are gentle and cooperative people. Good experience all together.

They maintained the aesthetic beauty of the past with all modern amenities. The best part is that the owner of the haveli stays in one of its parts and he personally ensures that the guest feel homely and comfortable. The staff of the hotel are too polite and cordial. The ambiance is excellent. Yes some improvement required in non-vegetarian food. But that doesn't take way an inch from their overall hospitality. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Horrible location. It's almost 16km away from the city and beside a sewage line. It stinks when u come out of your room.

Mahal is good for taking photos and good feel of staying in a palace. Rooms and bathroom are good, terrible service average breakfast. Its very isolated place.

Worst premices ever visited in life. Rooms and environment suitable for shooting any horror movie highly recommend for shooting of tv show like “aahat” horror experience all over. Swimming pool shown in the photos is for owners dogs not for guests. Literally dogs swim in the pool.

Good location extremely discourteous staff and bad food

Good: - neat and clean lobby and rooms - staff is very friendly - food is good bad: - poorly designed rooms and bathroom - no exhaust fan - toiletries (only 3rs medimix / clinicplus) - reception area will make you feel doubtful if this is a safe place for family stay - stinky surrounding area - no power back the property however is beautiful, a typical rajasthan bunglow, but needs a lot of work. We feel cheated for the price we paid for the room rent. Only a last minute option if one has no other place too stay. This review is, as of dc 2021

Food was good, staff was courteous. But cleanliness and hygiene factor was missing. Hotel needs more maintenance as maintenance has been poor.

Pathetic and unprofessional behaviour with poor customer service. Visiting this place for almost 3 years and the staff used to be so friendly and polite now they have become money-minded. They kept bothering us for buying food, bonfire, water and extra bed. Never visiting this place again!

No hot water in the deluxe rooms. The gysers are small so you beded to wait for 15 mins one the bucket is filled half, flush doesn't works properly, do not opt for breakfast as they don't serve hot food property is good. Rooms are also good

Jhalamand garh by 1589 hotels jodhpur is a beautiful haveli. The owner is a very hospitable and polite gentleman. The manager mr. Lal singh and the staff mr. Mohan singh are highly efficient, humble and service oriented. My family and i had a pleasant stay at the hotel. There is very hot water and cold water, the dining area is clean and well kept, the food is home made and if you place your order in advance you get piping hot food served. The rooms are very clean and the sheets and towels are well kept. There was only a drainage problem in the bathroom which i noted the owner and he said he would get it done. The lawns are beautiful in the evening with beautiful flowers and lemon, orange, banana, mango trees. Its a beautiful haveli and feels like home. The architecture and furniture takes you back in history. O la services are available to this place and it is centrally located for your sightseeing. Overall a great experience. The tariff also was very reasonable with included the room and breakfast.

If you want to enjoy and relax far from the noise of city traffic then this is the best place to rejuvenate. Nice place to be. Food is good. Staff behaviour is good. Location needs to be properly inserted by mm t as it was not accurate.

Nice hotel, good staff, pool was clean
