it was ok ok...room was good but food not great. staff is good and polite but no genaretor and electricity cuts are often so mixed experience. 40% satisfaction.

No value for money. No lift
1.Does not have lift. Minimum staircases to reach your room are 27. 2. Kitchen opens after 8 am. so no bed tea. No kettle in the room. 3. Evening tea can be given only after 6 pm. 4. Mostly no attendants at reception. 5. Daily water bottle, towels, change of bedsheets are done ony on demand.

Facilities not good. no water coming in tap. ac not working properly. tv not working. Never select this hotel in future

Overall improvements are required
Needs improvement in ambience and cleanliness. No lift and support for luggage lifting from vehicle to first floor. Lift is must.

Room nice and clean but have to ask for bed sheet and towel to room otherwise it’s all good. Nice environment and service better experience.

Waste of money
Rooms are ok, landline not working, washroom worst. They don't even have lift and reception is at 1st floor
