The property is well maintained and gives you immense satisfaction with its cleanliness

Location is perfect for those seeking solitude and want to get away from the hustle and bustle. When we arrived we were the only guests probably being early in the week. Good bird watching locations nearby. Need a vehicle to get around. The rooms are average and needs replacement of leaky faucets, commode seats etc. Staff courteous and food very tasty. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The location is not good for Runn of Kutchh tourists. It is 120 km away from Runn Utsav and 90 km from other locations like Mandavi, not enjoyable trip. The Runn of Kutchh tag should be removed and it should not appear when people search for hotel for Katchh. It gives big confusion to people who do not know about it and they book this hotel, unfortunately.

Excellent hospitality very humble staff, food is good and there are plenty of recreation activities like table tennis badminton swimming pool and many more all the tourists attractions are easy to access and a nice cottage is provided for the stay.

Food and hospitality was awesome, location was far from rann utsav though close to nature. Received very warm welcome on arrival and through out. Hotel staff were very cooperative and take care of all necessities.

We were the first guest of the seasons and the hotel took very good care of us... The hotel location is far from the hustle and bustle.. Infact it is very secluded... Best to spend some quiet time... All meals are provided by the hotel which is good since there is nothing in the radius of 20... The service was so excellent that the hotel guys packed lunch for us when we were stepping out and were always so courteous.

The stay, mostly sleep comfort and breakfast was mostly comfortable. The construction of the tent is nice. Spacious room and bathroom. The manager Mr Atul went out of the way to provide a heater for the night. The bed is only suited for a family of 3 with a young child maximum. The bed cannot accommodate more than 3. We were a family of 4, and the beds provided were placed on the floor. Unfortunately, there were black ants, the biting variety crawling around. When we reported it, the hotel staff promptly sprayed hit and got rid of the ants where visible. The resort is far from Bhuj or the Rann of Kutch, but probably closer to Mandvi beach. Food was good and service was excellent. Distance, bugs in tent, entertainment and club house were average.

Kutch is one place that reminds you, distance matters. Infinity is the only resort which is away from white desert. If you are booking online, you may not find many other options in Kutch. Distance was the biggest hitch for this place as the resort is about 80 kms away from the desert so ideally there is nothing in the vicinity. The resort is done up very well. It has a good rustic feel to it and done up tastefully to represent the local heritage of Kutch. Rooms are also good with village house like feeling. Only thing is their AC need replacement desperately. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The manager cum owner of the resort is very well informed, accommodating and extremely helpful. A big big thank you to the entire staff for serving us food at 11.00 in the night. Imagine the guys waited for us. Thank God they did else because of lack of options we would have to sleep empty stomach. Taste wise and option wise also food was very good. An innovative dish there was maggie noodles. ah ah not the regular one mind you. It was like hakka noodles taste but made out of maggie ka packet imagine. The chef is really good. Ghar ka khana but innovative style. I spent 2 nights there and trust me I could relax peacefully after hours of travelling. A good option I say sans the distance.

Worst experience! Below are the reasons. 1) No TV 2) Poor food and selection of food by management 3) Property management - Intercom and geyser were not working. After complain, got electric shock from bathroom tap. 4) Bad service & hospitality. 5) Location
