At Indo Hokke Hotel Rajgir food served stale food.
We booked our room through Make My Trip and when we arrived it was lunchtime (around 2 p.m.). The guests were being served their meal and when we went for ours we found that there was only cold rice, cold dal, and vegetables even after requesting we were not given hot food.
We ate a little and left. Later at night when we went for dinner there was nothing available. When we asked, they said dinner had been cleared and that it was now time for Korean guests’ food. They told us to order something separately. We ordered biryani, and believe me it arrived after 45 minutes, with a bad smell. When we complained the staff said “That’s the only food available right now you won’t get anything else because Korean food is being served.
So, we request everyone not to stay at this hotel and not to eat here. When you do you’ll have to pay extra charges they don’t tell you these things in advance. They show the bill only at checkout.
This has happened to us and that’s why I’m warning others it’s a poor quality hotel with terrible food and no security it’s being run carelessly as if left to fate.
I also appeal to the hotel owner please fix this issue.
