Review Of ILIF 2737 Royal Paradise

The location was nice, the food was average, and while the rooms were good, the amenities and service were lacking.

Location was excellent, walking distance from Nagaon beach. However disappointed with food options, amenities and services. We were a group of 3 families booked 3 separate rooms. we asked for tea or coffee which wasn't available. No toiletries provided. Washrooms were in pathetic condition. They were even charging for water bottle to which we had to argue and provide booking details. Room Cleaning or common area cleaning was also not proper. Overall, except location no other positives from stay.

The stay was okay but the services needs to be improved. No soap dental kit bottle and towel were present at the room, we had to ask for it, food options were very limited, no chinese no rice biryani, no tea available post 7pm and before 9pm. One person handling the reception, food management, cleanliness is a concern, lots of mosquitoes. During rainy season the floors are wet, no one wiped the same. The only advantage is that beach is very close 5-6 mins of walk

AC not working, swimming pool dirty and no lift in property. Rude behaviour of staff.

Food was good and property located at prime location but it’s ambience very very average. Quality of service was very poor

The stay was decent and we enjoyed it. It is situated near the beach so it was really convenient to go to beach. The balcony we had was really nice as we had a nice view in the morning and evening sitting in the balcony.

Extremely poor service. No staff available till 9 am in the morning. No arrangement for morning tea. Queen size bed with stiff mattress. Bathroom smelly. No arrangement of soap or other amenities. Towels appeared used. Owner very rude. It seemed that he was doing us a favour by giving us room to stay. Photos shown were doctored. Tv was probably 21 inches or less. Pool was dirty.

Tasteless food, zero network, no proper road difficult to locate. Unless u have hotel staff to come on road n guide u to the property

We had a really fun stay at royal paradise. The beach was 15 mins by walk and the service provided by the resort was also great. Food was great as well.

Professional & polite staff the staff working at Shital's are really nice. They're polite and professional, and their friendliness made me feel right at home. It's the kind of hospitality you don't forget.

Manager of the hotel & there staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it feels like a home away from home.
