very bad not working ac , no hot water to bath

Photos do not depict the congested area. We friends went to have a good time, but the restaurant timings are too tight to accommodate for the group that has come to chillax. For 2-day stay we were with “last order”, “kitchen closed”, “breakfast only item”. The intercoms in of the room was not working, had to call on mobile phones for any order/request. The stay is more appropriate for couples who can enjoy the small and space without any disturbances. There wasn’t a seating area for group of 6, we had to cram in to one of our rooms

The location is spot on amid nature and greenery and all amenities are spit and span. The highlight is the staff of the property courteous and willing to listen to all your queries. The resort is located at prime location near Nagaon beach in Alibaug. The resort has good vibes and ambience. The staff was quite polite and courteous. The cottage rooms were cozy. Food was exceptionally great.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making it a relaxing experience. The food was absolutely delicious with a good variety to choose from. The service was excellent – staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, a wonderful experience

I had a wonderful stay at Starry Night’s Villas. The atmosphere was great, the staff was polite, and the manager, Mr. Sajan Jain, was extremely helpful and professional. I had planned a surprise party and he arranged everything so perfectly that it turned out to be a big success. Truly loved the hospitality! From now on, I’ll always choose Starry Night’s Villas whenever I visit Alibaug and highly recommend it to everyone.

design of hotel is good and value for money negative 2 km from beach thats not clean electricty goes out back up takes time wifi is horrible and signal from phone doesnot connect good pathway for walking in resort is slipray and dangerous cleaning part in room is like hostel no fresh towel dspite staying for 2 days eating time is limited 2 hours morning.2 hours lunch and 2 hours dinner. tea is only in morning and afternoon no cold drink or any other snacks no 12 hours room and bathroom toilet seat and flush not working properly pool was not cleaning on first day first day lawn grass was to big and kit poop positive staff was nice . property is looks good basic aminites average and poor people are nice food quality is average over all ok stay but will not stay at the same place again

The rooms was clean but the flush was not working and tabs are loose and old leaking water. There was no hot water only worm slightly water. Ambience was good.

It was an amazing stay at ILIF 2704 starry Night Villas, Loved the vibe over there amazing and cooperative staff at the place rooms where hygiene, I didn't try the food over there so no comments on that rest experience was good.

It was a beautiful experience. We stayed for 2 days and absolutely no regrets, it was worth every penny. Clean, the food was good and the service was also very good. Special mention to Vishal for being a very sweet and polite caretaker. He made sure we had a very comfortable stay and we were provided with everything we needed

Very poor condition of electricity supply as well as rooms. Flush was not working and had poor amenities

it was a pleasant stay at Starry Night. their family room was equipped with essential things and their Goto Person Vishal was a great help. Nice and clean swiming pool , rooms and ambience is good the food preparation is also good n in time. overall it's good stay in budget.

Right from welcoming us ,the property was beautiful with a pool, villa type rooms with balcony and delicious food to room service all was too good and the staff and the managers all were very co-operative and helpful and made it look as if we stayed at our home...just best😊👍
