Good location in center of the city with accessibility to the railway station. Nice, neat & clean rooms with good food & room service.

My recent stay at hummingbird hotel was fantastic! The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with a comfy bed, modern bathroom, and all the amenities I needed

very bad experience last night room was ok but bathroom is not clean. AC Is not working properly.. hotel staff is not cooperative n also very careless hotel staff n also management.. also u r not safe in your room also

I had a terrible experience at hotel hummingbird and would not recommend it. The reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were lacking and the facilities were poorly maintained. To top it off, when we raised concerns, the staff was unsupportive and dismissive, offering no solutions or apologies. Given the high prices they charge, the experience was completely unjustifiable. For the amount they are asking, you’d expect much better service and quality, but sadly, this was far from the case.

The hotel does not deserve to be in a category of 4 star. The staff was not friendly. The services provided were not great. The room and corridor were smelling. It was not worthy of the price they have put. In all it appeared like a lower end hotel.

It was great experience to stay. Good is also good must visit this place once again i find this hotel from make my trips

The tariff hotel was charging is 40% lesser then what i paid through the app. I felt cheated. Please forward the gst bill for the stay. I need the same for my reimbursement

Poor service not provided cold water initially and argue, location amenities are really good and excellent

1. No fans in the room, ac takes time to cool, till that time you sweat. 2. No water in the morning in bathroom, reception kept telling some problem in motor, plumber is coming but i had leave for meeting without getting fresh, no alternate arrangements.

Don't forget to tell you about your gst bill if you have booked. Facilities are ok. Prime location. Bit costly. Too far from railway station.

They said 4 star. Not even 2 star. Only hotel room is ok remaining all are below poor. Don’t not recommend

The room didn't have any amenities. The ac was not working, the fridge was not working, the tv was not working.

Initially they offered me room which has broken toilet, wash basin and after my complaint they shifted me to other room. During breakfast, only 1 person was making, serving and due to which it was time consuming to manage overall arrangement for him. Food was good

I stayed here for 4 days during my official tour. The staff is very well spoken humble and courteous they proactively inquire what you need and are on toes to help you. What to say about food - scrumptious will be intact. Any dish you ask for and will be not less than mouth watering. They have awesome chefs who know to balance the exact amount of spice which suits your taste buds and you walk out with an happy tummy. How can i forget to write an special mention about the restaurant manager "gulshan" very humble, knows well about his duties, ensures that he recommends you dishes proactively and they are really good. Overall excellent a great experience note - do not expect much from the rooms since you will find worn out carpets, wallpapers which are leaving walls. But their staff covers it up with great hospitality

Dirty rooms, bad décor, filthy towels and sheets, housekeeping don’t clean the rooms properly. Housekeeping man told us they use cheap detergent to wash towels and linen so it doesn’t get clean; blood stains on sheets The only positive was the food for breakfast and dinner was excellent

Rooms are clean and staff are very cooperative if i come again in this city will surely book this hotel only
