Lack of basic service and hospitality
- room was big but not properly maintained. - no basic services like drinking water in the room as well as in their terrace food serve area, need to go downstairs at desk every time for anything you need. - location was backside where you will not get anything nearby and also scary to go outside alone during evening after sunset.
