Excellent service. Rooms, mattress, bedsheets etc are neat and clean. O. K.

very bad experience, No room keeping, no room heater in below zero degree temperature , no well generater service , Room facilities.. no wardrobe, no any mirror, no any hanger, dirty bedsheet. poor smell.. etc..

Rooms were comfortable. only Electricity issue was there due to rainy atmosphere

Pathetic service and rooms...Be careful while booking this hotel.They show nice pics of rooms while booking and give u some other rooms.There was cobwebs everywhere...no intercom to connect with them ,no proper room service and the mug & bucket was not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

this hotel is at main road to Shri Badrinath temple. temple is 15 mins from this hotel. pros very close to temple spacious rooms in premium category good buffet breakfast bed warmers provided multiple blankets toiletries provided Cons food is overpriced in room dining is expensive overall a 4 star stay.

the overall stay was okay with respect to the location of the hotel since it is on very high altitudes however following points i found troublesome 1. their faucets did not have running water, it was coming and going. 2. ⁠no hot water half of the time- but good thing was they arranged the hot water in a bucket. 3. ⁠the flush in the room was not working and leaking water 4. ⁠limited availability of food during lunch and dinner time in non hours like 3 pm in the afternoon there is no room service available.. positive staff was always available to assist with issues

The property is located just along the main road towards badrinath temple around 1 km from temple. The room size is average they have sofa/bed options in each room which makes a good option for 3 people. Room service and breakfast offered is below average. Cleanliness is also average the bed sheets and blanket were also not up to the mark. Though the staff was good, the hotel is charging very high rates compared to the services being offered.

Hotel was average in amenities and have scope of improvement. One improvement for mm t is it would be great if you can provide hotel contact number after booking is confirmed

Hotel location is good 500 mtrs from the temple. Rooms were ok, poor service levels because there are no permanent staff due to seasonality of business at badrinath. Don't have much expectations at such locations.

Booked 01 double occupancy room #201 along with a convertible sofa cum bed for the 3rd person charged @/nite! Room had major electrical issues so hot water was avail only in the mornings. Management communicated only 1-phase power supply. Plug point for electric kettle was non-functional so had to make alternate arrangement for beverages. Same issues extended into the 2nd day of stay too. Car parking area was crammed with tourist vehicles, mini vans, busses, cars, SUV all randomly parked. Food order used to take ages to be served. 2nd noon the restaurant declined even to serve lunch for reasons unknown! Badrinath temple though was a 400 meter walk away. Mana village was 3 Km s from this hotel so convenience is the USP but not services or food. booking rates are exorbitant so better rates may apply if booked by alternative methods.

We were in a suite room. Don't go by the 4star rating of this hotel. This hotel lacks basic things leave alone great service. Glass missing in the bathroom so it was super cold always. Services are super slow, non availability of hot water, no electricity back up, we kept asking for buckets of hot water for over 2hours but despite assurance no one came. Power sockets not working hence couldn't put the heater. The staff created a risky contraption of open wires which didn't work! bathroom didnt have a latch. Main door lock was hard and used to take 7-8 attempts to lock. These are some of the things that one doesn't even think about in a hotel as expensive as this one. Overall a very bad experience. Except the location nothing is good here.

The place has no hot water, no towels, no working phones and nobody at the reception that answers when you call. They don’t have any of the amenities they claim to have under the “facilities” section of the app. Nothing. They will charge you rd. 10, 000- a night for a “super deluxe room” with nothing - no hot water, no toiletries, no towels and no working phones. They will provide room heaters for an additional 500 rupees per day per room. Awful service. They don’t even have a restaurant in house. You’ll have to go out in the biting cold and eat across the street.

1. It was not worth for price, rooms were not good and other services too. 2. Most of time no power. 3. No hot water except in the morning for short time after reminder. 4. No tv and internet facility. 5. My samsung galaxy ear phone, worth of 10000 stolen from my suit case. I have complained to amit, probably owner
