Everything was horrible and scary. Not safe for women. Looks shady and scary.

Stay was good at wood castle raipur. room was clean and two big bed was there. so it was all about what we wanted.......

Good family room with twin double bed. Very comfortable stay. Clean mattress and clean room.

Most untidy room. Bed lenin is untidy and washroom fixtures are not working properly. Washbasin untidy.

Most terrible hotel i ve ever seen louge is much batter than this hotel dirty towels dirty bathrooms very poor room quality according to charges most worst hotel i have ever seen

it's a wonderful stay property got renovated in a so beautiful way very neat and clean kind and humble stuff yummy food and everything is so nice and taken care

Room was smelly and not well clean. It was small and old designed lacks modern look, not worth of rs. 2000.

I staying was in this hotel 4 days along with complimentary breakfast, hotel is good but staff behavior is very bed, due to navratri i had to special request to kitchen staff for arrange morning breakfast for some fruit they refuse my request and throughout say you please arrange your own way ! i really disappoint such kind of behavior, also they extra charge for green tea, and i request yo receptionist manager and they agree but the restaurant manager refuse again our request.

Food is good but hotel amenities like ac water leakage and staff attitude. Bathroom smelling. Old type hotel

location is good it's on highway ,but service of hotel was not good,tv& tap was not working I complain to staff but they where not interested in listening this things 😔
