no cleanliness extremely bad odour in the bathroom. unprofessional staff just in good uniform.service is terrible.lift not working. there are ants on bed if you expect room service it seems that you are guilty .just edifice just structure very disappointed i asked for tea in the morning i got reply milkmaid not come yet

It was a nice stay, they helped us visiting the bageswar dham, the food was good, room and bathroom were very spacious and clean.

The room was excellent, the wash room was clean. The location of the property is the main road touch. Staff behaviour is nice and cooperative. Prompt room service, we recommend this hotel for staying with the family. Only hotel management needs to improve the net connection of tv. We will prefer to stay here again.

I stayed in a deluxe ac room and it was excellent. Location is good and it's main road touch. Hotel staff service behaviour is nice. We recommend this hotel to families also. Hotel management needs to improve that net connection of tv whenever allotted room to customers.

My stay at hotel virasat at chatarpur was very satisfactory. The stap at hotel was very helping. Place were open and airy. Rooms are big in size. Food was very tasty

This hotel is situated near railway station chattarpur, the staff is not so friendly. Room service doesn't clean the room even after information. Flush and geyser do not work and the toiletries were not provided as well.
