They charges lot but they didn't provide basic facility and also hotel is more than 100 years old .

Mr Shubham booked single common with 'shared toilet', but he preferred air cooled room with attached toilet. We provided him that WITHOUT CHARGING RS. 100 EXTRA. We charged him only Rs. 150 for cooler! Later he demanded AC room for which he desired to pay Rs 700 extra but not Rs. 800 which we accepted. He checked in both rooms after inspecting those and being fully satisfied that he told to our present manager at that time.
Stay at Hotel Vinee
Room was very good, clean and behaviour of the owner is very nice. It is the cheapest hotel.

Not good for summer
All good.... can't stay in summer, even u use cooler it's not worthy....need to have washroom on the same floor

The guest has booked dormitory bed but we have provided him room without any extra charge of Rs. 300.
Very nice hotel
It was a very good experience, all staff members are supportive, i stayed in room 107. I reached there through google map.

A good stay for its proce
Found this hotel at a good rate. I booked a room with attached toilet, and the room was clean, bathroom was also clean, don't know why people are saying that there's a wierd smell from room and bathroom. The staffs are helpful and have a polite behaviour, outside food is allowed. You can tell the receptionist and they will provide you with food (which you have to pay for) overall for a night or two at this price it's a good place to stay.

Guest's comment is amazing as we have white washed/get painted whole rooms just before MahaKumbh. He should have cancelled the room even after checkin, which we offer free of cost any time. We have given details, measurement of our budget/ordinary rooms at MMT EXTRANET, which he overlooked which is not our fault. HIS COMMENT IS SURPRISING AS WE GAVE HIM ROOM WITH ATTACHED BATHROOM FREE OF COST EVEN HE BOOKED ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM/TOILET!

Average Stay
Location was good near to railway station. Room & toilet was small with no facilities of towel, soap etc. Cleanliness was average, it was more of a homestay not a proper hotel. Price too high as compared to amenities.

Nice hospitality
Nice hospitality i like the behaviour of the hotel owner. The geyser was not in the bathroom but they provided hot water.

Hotel station se 1. 4 km hei. Hum logo ne 2 type ka 2 room booking kiye thi. 1) ek room tha economy air cooled room (with attached western toilet, branded tv etc, 2) auro dusri ek ordinary type ka room booking kiye thi (attached western toilet tv, tv etc). Lekin hotel par air cooled room khali hone ke karan hotel balo ne 2 he air-cooled room provide kiye thi, auro extra charge bhi nehi liya. Staff ka behaviour bahut accha tha. Agar prayagraj ja kar station k pas koi rehene k lye soch raha hi to hotel vineet pe re-he sakte hai.

Poor Stay
Room isn't air conditioned and only has a fan not very suitable for summers. Also it's quite decent if one wants to stay in prayagraj for a day or 2 at an average price. It's nothing better than that. Also it's location is not very good and decent eateries aren't available around. It's very far from railway stations(all major 3) as well.

We never claimed that the booked room by Mr Vishesh is airconditioned! Desiring AC room at this rate is beyond imagination. We are just 1-2 km from Prayagraj 's two main railway stations, ie. Junction and City

Hotel location was good but hotel should give attention on cleanliness and old furniture some was at verge of broken down like chairs

Sir, we provide facility of free cancelation of booking even after check-in, if guest doesn't like the room and provided facilities, or change the room to his preferred one. I suggest you should have contacted reception to change your room.
