It was horrible staying at this hotel. Room was very old It was too much costly No water bottle No toiletries Even at night there was no water in washroom

Pathetic condition of room's, Stained bed linen. 0 value of money. Staff asked me that he can't help me out with the cleanliness

They offered me a terrible room in which ac is not working properly ac water overflow inside the room they put a bucket for holding the water in room tv was not working infact they don't have connection in the room for that particular tv toilet was also terrible not washed properly

Worst service this hotel. Staff behaviour & hotel service very very poor. My booking amount bill not provide also.

Washroom was dirty no facality of water on the tap behaviour of manager was rude no room service no staff was present.

Property have good infrastructure but was not maintained at all. Looking like abandoned hotel. Full of mosquitoes in room. Cockroach are roaming in bathroom. No one is there to lift your luggage. Lift was very dirty. To contact at reception is very difficult task.

Maintained safety standards and cleaning and i didn't tried food because kitchen was closed

Was a guest for a wedding by sahu family and food was vert good, rooms spacious and good staff also

No food, tea and drinking water available. They don't know the meaning of hygiene.

Staff behaviour is worst, no single waiter is available for service. Luggage carried by us to the room. Check out time is 12:00 pm but they are calling since 7:00am for check out as they have another booking. They are saying u cancel the booking we didn’t ask you to book the room in our hotel. This kind of behaviour they behave with us..

Very poor irresponsible room service staff. I call 5 times for ac remote they provide me after 2hours . I call for water they told me normal water is available sealed pack minral water is not available . lol 😆 I never ever seen this type service

Washroom is bad, room services worst, intercall not working, always problem of tv dth recharge location is good, hotel infrastructure good
