hotel was not clean... food quality is very poor... breakfast availablity is too late.. wash close was broken..no basic accessories was provided

The hotel was cozy and comfortable. The food was average. Geyser takes too much time to heat the water, which kind of took the fun away from the bathtub

The stay was nice and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good and the check in check out was smooth

Rude behaviour by staff that idiot manager doesn’t know he said clearly that niklo mam aap khi aur check-in krlo these were his words I don’t think it’s a suitable behaviour or a way to talk to your customers I did check-in to this hotel but I got out within minutes and checked out

Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

My stay at hotel turtle bay was really relaxing. I really loved the beautification of this hotel and to add, the supporting staff there was young n energetic to help the guests day in n day out. Special mention to bhanu, who leads the team quite passionately and extends support to guests quite gently
