Dental kit, shower cap and hand wash were not available in the room.

My experience was good the place was nice.....no such big issues.....only the room lock was not working well and I also ordered food which was of good quality....panner Paratha was very nice people should definitely try it out.......and ya every thing was working well TV AC and water heater

It was clean as me & my partner always look for, it was spacious too for two people to stay.. odour is also fresh. Overall it was a good stay🌸

don't give water after giving complimentary water bottle after then take charge I think they should give regular water

wifi is not working and very very slow, continuous calling for checkout, after checkout also they will say to sit for 5 min in reception that is very bad and disrespectful. Even giving so much high for a room. Better go somewhere else.

Room and the interior of the room is too good and the best part is their washroom. Less time for check in and check out staff is polite hand helpful as well

The staff was very much unprofessional they have lots to improve to develop service quality and customer relationship

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were very good and comfortable, and I loved the clean and well-maintained bathroom. The service was impressive, I even ordered water at 4 a.m. and received it quickly. The food was delicious, and I found both the food and hotel prices to be very reasonable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I truly enjoyed my stay.

I LOVE TO STAY IN VIVANZ . THIS WAS MY 3RD STAY.STAFFS ARE VERY SOBER AND COOPERTIVE. BUT AC WAS NOT PROPER FUNCTIONING.SO WE HAVE TO CHANGE 2 TIMES.3RD TIME SHOWER WAS NOT WORKING.BUT WE WERE TIRED.SO WE STOP COMPLAINING.THERE WAS SHIPPEGE IN WALL TOO. I THINK VIVANZ MAY BE BEST HOTEL IN BHILAI IF THEY SERVICING THE AC PROPERLY AND THEIR RESTAURANT SERVICE WAS TOO FABULOUS 🤩.FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND LESS SPICY.OVER ALL THANKS TO THE STAFF. I WANT TO STAY VIVANZ IN FUTURE.

Newly built, neat and clean in all respects, a safe parking place is there. But the lift was not working and informed us it under maintenance which was unpleasant for me.

The worst experience of staying in this hotel is that the hotel is not providing any quality food no toiletries and rooms have million mosquitos and one may develop dengi malaia etc be careful
