The stay was good, but the food was not that great. I ordered mutton but it was not fresh i asked them before ordering whether it was fresher or not but then also I feel that the mutton was not fresh

Stay was awesome. The staff was cooperative. Everything was excellent except for the TV which was not working. Food taste is average but the pricing is way too high. Rooms are neat and clean.

This property is little away from the market, beside NH. Easy to locate. Staff courtesy and room is very good. Bigger room and toilet. Very less toiletries supplied. No dental kit. I have booked one deluxe room, every thing good, but although the A/C was working, chilling is very less. Food taste and quantity is very good but little costly.

linens were dirty... bathroom was not cleaned. reception behaved badly. even though there was 2 hours early check in showed, early check in was denied. complentary food was ordered by me which cost me around 800- 90 rs and they gave me a below avg. veg thali... i asked for water bottle they did not even provide me that... linens were dirty... bathroom was not cleaned. reception behaved badly.

Staff was cooperative and nice, but hotel washroom was not properly managed, cigerette waste was there, tap and shower were not working properly, bucket needs to be washed also bathroom smell was there, no room freshner for good smell. Also the main issue, food option was very limited, even from their own menu, most of the items were unavailable and still food from outside was not allowed. Had to eat something that we were not wanting but had to coz only limited items from the whole menu was available.

Except clean room, no proper amenities were functional, shower and tap was not working properly, neither food of choice was available at the in-house restaurant(from their own menu) nor food from outside was allowed. Staff was cooperative and friendly.

Hotel nikhil regency is good stay option in bhilai city. Location, parking, staff and services all are good. Only one thing noticed that some uncomfortable feelings with family due to bar climate attached with hotel. Thanks.

I reached hotel on 8.30 a.m . Thay aloocate me my room after 2 hour. For that 2 hour he charged me Rs. 500. But I disagree with them. That's why I am not satisfied this type of service.

average hotel, price also mid range food was top class also bar and lounge are their enjoy with family friends or couple privacy was also good.

Bedsheets, pillow cover looked used and dirty.. mosquitoes were there. as I reached there after driving for almost 13 hour, I hadn't complained anything and just slept due to tiredness
