I've booked the hotel. The actual situation at hotel is completely different from expected. I was completely disappointed with the room allotted to me. When asked for another room, they said no other room available. So, I had to stay ☹️. WiFi is available, but no signal to room. Cable wire is available, but no TV. Telephone wire is available, but no telephone. Geyser is available, but doesn't work.

I have already mentioned in a special request for hot water for a bath but ignoring to my request gave a room which has no water heater and again when asked for hot water they bring me immersion rude for water heating. Also the room is very stingy, bed sheet is not clean. The room was old.

Rooms, washrooms, bed sheets and towels are clean. Water heater available in room. Location is crowd y but overall good stay for single person to stay.
