Hotel Neelam Lodge

as per pic not the same room cleaning not done properly Is not too good but not cleaning the room

First of all the location of the hotel was different.It was near the location in Google maps but still took me 5 minutes after asking from passersby.Staff was well behaved not rude .Room was average for me had a TV That had some channel.Main issue was bathroom it was quite dirty(in my room at least).At night there were problems with mosquito so you should have bring mosquito repellent with you. I hope they work in their hygiene. Good for someone who is travelling alone .

Room and building was just ok. Room was not bright. Looked very old. Bathroom was also among the problem. Room size was acceptable. Bed sheet and bed was also not very cleaned.

It took me 20 minutes to find the hotel. Unfortunately i reached the station at 1. 30 am no person on the road to help and no one was answering the call. Plus rooms are very small not at all suitable for over night stay. I'll only recommend this hotel if you just want to take a bath and you have a towel with you.

Staff were very co-operative and friendly Room was descent, clean everything was fine.

Hotel is located beside main Road, staffs are attentive, manager was excellent, rooms are something what you are paying.

Service is good. It is near to bus stand, railway Station and NH3.
The room is good and clean. Towel, hand wash and all out also provided.

There was no geyser for hot water. Iron rod was provided for half bucket water which was very insufficient and inconvenient. Bucket was also broken . There was a power cut for a long time bcs of which we had to take Bath with cold water. Non AC Room with Western toilet was on first floor which made my mother climb the stairs and that caused her trouble as she can't climb stairs due to her health problems. There was no room service bcs of festival and we couldn't get proper food. However The owner was polite and helped us reach our venue in the car. Overall I didn't like my stay at this lodge

Hotel is having in good location but room length is very small no hot Water in winter Season... It is good because of room available in renewal rates and customer can reach easily without any transport.

Excellent ... Staff behaviour was so good and rooms are nice ... And the location was very good near station Bhilai power house. But the hotel should start restaurant as soon as possible that guests feel more comfort ... Over all dat's a great experience

Good for outing of friends ... Location was the best thing ... With cheap good hotel for food nearby. Rooms were not up to the mark though. But still staff behaviour and friends make up for that In a word happy with the exp.
