    Smelly washroom and unprofessional staf

    urine smell was coming continuously even after room freshener spray. Toilets Water jet was not working. it's controlled from direct knob. called twice for dinner, but no one informed that we cannot provide paratha at this time. No feedback. Not professional actually.

    Hotel was fine but the facility are not up to date. No facility of gyser, no wi-fi, no tv, no proper menu for breakfast, the only good thing was the staff was good in behaviour so overall it was an average experience.

    Pocket friendly and avarage stay in kanpur

    It's an average hotel. Recommended only for pocket friendly stay. Bedsheets are normal, soap was not provide, toilet are not good

    Terrible Stay

    One of the worst hotel i had been to. 1) the bathroom was not cleaned and stinky. I asked them to sprinkle phenyl and a bucket of water. I reminded them 4 times but never happened. 2) i was provided the same bed sheet and blanket which the previous guest used. It was not changed. They said they do not have it in stock. 3) there was no geyser. Shower wasn't working. You only need to use a dirty bucket. 4) forget the complimentary breakfast. In my visit for 3 days, i never received. They don't have chef in the kitchen. 5) they do not have a telephone in the room. 6) in night rats were running on my bed. When asked for help, they were unwilling to do so. Finally when rat ran out of the room and entered the other guest room, i asked them to take care of it. They were like leave it sir let the other guest struggle. They gave a gesture and left. 7) one of the front desk staff don't know how to take print. After waiting for 30 mins finally i only took the print from their system. 8) power cut off with no inverter backup. 9) no wifi on 2nd floor. 10) no lift. This hotel is not ready to serve guest. The staffs are literally picked from the roadside.

    1) This Hotel is still under construction. Two floors are done. Rest work in progress so construction noise plus dust 2) unbelievable but true I had insects visiting me when I was sleeping at night the small black grasshopper which actually sat on my ear, cockroaches and friendly rat. 3) Kanpur in end October is cool and surprise no hot water in the washroom. reason given hotel is under construction 4) Lift installed but not operational reason hotel under construction 5) intercom not available in all rooms, Tv installed but remote missing.
