I have received booking confirmation. After, reaching there i found from the owner that he has cancel-led the booking. Which was not reflecting in app. Nor did i get any prior information or message or email, when i tried to contact customer care they were not taking call and asked to wait on line. Finally there was no response from customer care, even though they say that mm t black premium member and i have this mm t icici card with membership, the response from mm t is very poor. Still it is not reflecting that the booking is cancelled, and are asking me for feedback regarding stay.
