Horrible experience
familyVery bad experience. They took all money and didn't gave us the room. Even if guests come to visit us they will count those visitor in guests. Very horrible manager and owner treated very badly.

Sir, as you know that Mr. Deepanshu Patodi have booked 5 executive room for 10 people (2 adults in each room) from Make My Trip and you want to check in for 18 people, then it is certain that the hotel manager will stop you from checking in. Even though there is an option of extra bed on Make My Trip, but you did not book it. When the manager stopped you from checking in, you threatened him and then to save your reputation You are falsely accusing the hotel management by citing hotel policies and hotel rules. I hope you write the truth about your own booking instead of giving a false review.
