Review Of Hotel The Blossom

Everything is so good , location , room ambiance , especially the food it's both tasty and affordable in it's best price .... But I am bit disappointed with the hospitality of the staff... they didn't greet properly and talk properly atleast in front of coustomer carry a smile and talk politely ,... We didn't like that whenever we tried to talk to them they always make a blank expressionless face.

The hotel was very ideally located. Cleanliness in the room not very good. And a strange aroma in the washroom as you open the door.

I book hotel for 2 day Hotel to hygienic they sift me in 2nd room with out after I tell them they clean the room Hotel staff spit gutka everywhere in the lobby area and staircase

service is not satisfactory. room service are so lazy. morning breakfast quality are very poor. again omelette only one time serve.

the rooms don't get sunlight and smell damp and fungus full. The toilet doesn't have exhaust system. The restaurant is veg. If you book thro' makemytrip, the price is higher, if u book directly with blossom, price is less.

The location of the hotel is great, nearby railway station. But the stay is average. Badsheet is dirty and the floor remains wet all the time. Not worth it.

room condition was not so good. bad smell. Small insects move around. not well managed room. We need to early as train booked. but not support to provide pack breakfast anything. only 1 bread butter give to us. only 1 positive is that food test was good.

This hotel is good as per location wise but staff is suppostive but not upto the mark Food is good not too good..

The stay was very poor, I had a very very bad experience, the washroom was not clean, smelling. The room had a very low lighting giving a negative vibe. Also, I found cockroaches on my bed. The fact that Makemytrip shows that this hotel is 3 start hotel is quite deceiving.

Makemytrip cost is more 2100rs inclusive tax. At hotel cost is 1700rs inclusive tax. So makemytrip is fooling us, in name of mmt gold member - charging higher than hotel price
