Room is not good , bathroom door lock and light is not working , room service in ok

It was great experience to stay at Amba Vilas Pali Very good location. Nice food, in-house restaurant.

Very bad exp .. Rooms are untidy ... Ac is not working properly . lizard in the room . Unclean and stained bed sheet

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was far from clean, with visible dust on surfaces and stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the corners and an unpleasant smell. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority. To make matters worse, the service was poor. The staff was unresponsive to requests, and housekeeping didn't seem to care. Overall, the experience was very unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. Avoid if possible.

Room not clean properly bedsheet and other usable items not provided and whichever given is dirty and not clean

Room is so small, bed sheets are not cleaned or not changed after previous stay. Bath room is not cleaned. Continuously water leakage from tapes.

Not a value for money stay, there was a mice entering the room from below the door, unhygienic, washrooms not clean, dirty bedsheets.

Room mai 4 disco lights lag i hui h jis mai kuch dikhta nahi. Lights ke lye pucha to staff misbehave krte h bolte h pass mai lights ki shop h lake laga de tu khud. Pure staff hotel ka malik h koi politely bat nahi. Receptionist to mama kasam hotel ko barbad krke chodega itna gande trike se bat krta har bat pe bolt a h pasand nhi h to chale jao dusri hotel. Lights assi h room mai ki ankh e fut jaye aadmi ki.
