The staff was very rude, there is no room service, the food is very bad, booking this hotel is a waste of money

Pathetic experience. No hygiene at all. Room cleaning was directly denied citing staff unavailability. Totally disappointed and regretting booking this stay.

All is good good service and best quality food and lighting in rooms decorate very well a nice stay

One night stay, room is too narrow, improper ventilation, suffocating and pungent smell inside bathroom, water leakage at bathroom tap.

Room was too small. Breakfast was also average. After check out gst invoice not provided. I have asked for many times but invoice not provided

High cost and low service. Low sense of conversation with customers. Haven't options in the complementary breakfast.

Hotel was nearby to road, rooms were clear but mosquitos were there. Service was good, food was average, bit costly plates was in bad condition black rust on them. I was about to vomit.
