Pathetic Services

Firstly, I was given a different room than the one I had booked. Essential items such as a first aid kit and toiletries were not provided. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with black ants roaming everywhere in the room, including on the bed. Fresh towels were not supplied, and the dustbins were not cleaned daily. Additionally, the TV and WiFi were not functioning. I chose this hotel based on a video I watched on YouTube, but the truth is they only have one nice room .
