Review Of Hotel Swagat

I had booked an Executive Room, but upon arrival, I was allotted a lower-category room that did not match the facilities and standards promised during booking. The room had several issues, including a broken water valve and a damaged light fixture. This was disappointing, especially considering I had paid for a higher-category room. After raising a complaint, the staff promptly changed my room to the correct category, which I appreciate. However, I am still unhappy with the initial experience and the inconvenience caused. If the Executive Room was available, I fail to understand why I was first placed in a cheaper room. I request that such incidents are not repeated in the future, as they affect the overall guest experience and trust. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I reached the hotel late at night at around 10 PM for check in. I went there for one night stay. I checked in and found that the AC remote as well as the TV remotes were not working. I immediately informed the housekeeping and after sometime one staff came and said that the AC display was not working and said that after sometime the room would get cooled. After one hour I found that the AC was not working at all. Thereafter I again called the housekeeping, reception but no one was picking up. So I went to the reception at around 11 PM in the night and found that no one was there. I told the security about the AC issue. He told me that nothing could be done and I would have to adjust.

location was good. room size was good. staff was cooperative but floor and washrooms needs to be properly maintained. parking outside the hotel space for two parking.

Rooms are very small staff behaviors is very rude. overall stay was very bad. i never suggested to anyone to stay.

Nice food and good stay at swagat hotel. Location is best in the city for car parking facility and transportation

Hotel denied entry. I have already talked to your customer care. Thirdclass hotel. Still i haven't receive my money

The staff are good and courteous but management guys are hopeless. Many basic amenities are lacking. And rooms are too congested for business travel
