The lighting of the room looks so shady and dim. They did not even have an AC remote and the complimentary breakfast was not good as well as the food was not good.

Bad experience at Hotel Rickman Continental, Tura

Reached the hotel at 10.40 PM, found the hotel gate closed, there was no gate keeper, tried through calling bell at the entrance and also tried to get in touch through the mobile number but there was no response. Ultimate could not check in at the hotel on 22nd July 2025

this property is a disaster in the name of Hotel. Poor quality and dirty rooms. Dirty beds , dirty bathroom . Please I advice everyone not to book this hotel instead of you can book nice homestays within the same rate. Terrible staff, Terrible food. It's a disaster overall.
