businessBooked through MMT. Decent old business hotel with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Some rooms were undergoing renovation. As lunch and dinner were being arranged elsewhere at the conference I was attending, I only had complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was good wiyh Indian and Western dishes. It was ready by 7.30 AM. My room had a balcony to bask in morning sunshine. Con: There was no lift to my room on the second floor.

Condition of bathroom horrible, leaking water, having damp everywhere, below standard facilities and fittings no housekeeping service, even not bottled drinking water. This property is ideally located and the room sizes are pretty huge, though they could do a bit of renovation in terms of lighting within the room. The main highlight of my stay was the extremely polite, kind and considerate staff. Manoj ji at the front desk was extremely welcoming and soft spoken. Barnabas ji at the restaurant took extreme good care of my meals and is a great chef. Jikram ji attending to room service was very hospitable as well. Their employees are truly the mainstay of this property and made my stay more than comfortable.

The hotel is not maintained well. It requires renovation. Staff needs to trained in hospitality. Room was big with less finesse. Breakfast though didn't have much variety, was good. Ideally located. Reduce the price to get more occupancy. Train the staff so that the guest experience will improve.

The hotel has good and safe parking space and has green surroundings a nice environment for a relaxing stay. The room was good and clean. Service was okay. Food was better. There should be a wash basin/washroom just outside the restaurant. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay.
