Review Of Hotel Suraj Grand

It’s not worth for the amount which i have paid. Rooms were not clean. The hot water was not working for the two days. I have faced the same issues.

The hotel was average, illumination in the room was insufficient, there was no water bottle, had to ask reception repeatedly for water and toiletries, when we decided to dine in their restaurant we were greeted by rat running between our legs.

Washrooms are in terrible condition. Also the rooms are not great. Not worth

Aç was not working in the room and I asked for change it room and they took 2 hours to change the room

Maintenance not good ac not working properly. Not response properly. Please change maintenance system

Room service was pathetic, it took almost 1. 5 hours just to deliver two food items, that too after making calls multiple times, also no hot water available in rooms.

Worst experience, don't book any rooms in this app, show different hotel and after booking it goes to some other hotel, better to use some other apps

The room waz good but bit on the older side. The washroom could have been better though they are big. The location is perfect right near the center of the city.

The rooms are clean. The behavior of personnel is courteous. The towels can be replaced. Breakfast menu is okay but can improve. Overall good value for money.

This is very disgusting to book hotel through make my trip they have collected from me 5800 but hotel people give loin invoice for 4100 only i have contacted makemytrip people they have raised the query and closed the same without fulfilling my request

Room was neat bad service, too much delay in food, towel and toiletaries were provided after repeated request.

The overall experience is not bad but it can still be better the rooms are reasonably maintained in line with the price but i felt the overall inside ambience of the building is very poor

Staying in suraj grand was a worst because there was no room boys to take baggage we ordered tea but after half hour there was no reply when we return called to reception and restaurant they are replying no tea available my suggestion is not to go to this lodge because i paid but the worth of the stay was just the lodges rate 1000-1200.

Pleasant stay the room was clean and staff were very friendly. I suggest it for everyone to prefer the stay

There is no hot water at night, and the complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark, they are not refilling it promptly and seem more focused on serving paying customers. The rates from makemytrip show a significant price difference compared to the hotel’s standard rates parking and view is good from hotel and it’s near to high way

Average room, not maintained well. Decent for 2 night stay near highway. Breakfast included is not good. The restuarant folks have very limited options and serve walking customers so we keep waiting forever to be attended. We waited forc30min to get dosa and another 30min to get tea! limited options and quantity. It appears the place is seriously understaffed and management does not care! stayed with kids and family, will not go back.

Room was good, clean and comfortable. The aminities available are very poor. Tea catle, tea/coffe bags not provided. Even a templer and glass was not provided.
