Review Of BAS Regency

(1) The Person at Reception was Not Aware of my Reservation Booking made in your MakeMytrip Website, when I arrived at 7.30PM and asked for Room. He said that his Booking System did not have my Booking. On showing the Reservation Confirmation message received from MakeMytip, he talked to his Property Marketing Person (Who's No. is Listed as "Contact Property in Your Mobile App). Then after waiting for 30 minutes, I was given a Room. All this happened EVEN after I called the "Contact Property" No. in your Mobile App and informed that I am arriving by about 7PM and got confirmation about my Reservation done through MakeMyTRIP. (2) The Reception person informed me that there is No Car Parking. On talking to their Marketing Person, I was given a Parking Space, which is Common to a Marriage Hall in the same Premises. Even this, I was asked to Vacate by the Marriage Hall operators at 9AM. (3) Rooms were Poorly Furnished. There is No Mirror in the Bath Room. The glass on the Table in the room was broken into many pieces. (4) I booked the Room for 2 Adult Persons with Breakfast included Plan. I was informed by Reception that I will get Breakfast ONLY for 1 Person and is Limted to item either 1 Plate Dosa or Idly. Coffee or Tea is Not included in the Breakfast Plan. (5) No WiFi is Available, though it is shown in your Mobile App. (6) ALL this Experiences make us Not to believe your in MakeMyTRIP Verifications and information Published in your Mobile App. Pl. verify the Published information, Otherwise Your MakeMyTRIP will loose it's Reputation. (7) I Don't recommend this Hotel to any other Person

The room & bathroom were not cleaned , even some cockroaches are moving on the bed. Pillow cover was also torn

All things were good. Need blanket pillow cover and bed sheet should be more clean

B A S regency is a good hotel to stay in Kurnool it has friendly reception and has good atomshere totally the hotel is better then others

I booked online for 5 people , it had everything in it, But the hotel owner said that it would cost you more money for extra mattress , I took 2 rooms, one of them was so bad that you can't even imagine, I cancelled that room and we all sleep in the same room. Always check before going to this hotel and then only go

No staff for luggage cleanliness is issue need improvement

Hotel was good. Ok to stay one night. On the gate of hotel one muslim running shop with the name of balaji. Beware and do not buy anything in that area

We reached around 9 pm. Rooms are pretty good, spacious, nice and clean. Located in a very good area close to main road. Ample car parking. Staff’s behaviour was excellent even though they speak only telugu. Over all good for a night stay.

Location is good. It is front of market complex. Place to park your car and bike. Rooms are old. But as a bachelor u can stay. Bathroom is clean. Walls need to repaint. Switch boards are broken.

I'm very comfortable to stay hear because staff, like management very polite receive to coustmor, and location near to all amenities and bed was comfortable to sleep

Room they given me is not worthy that much amount and i have to wait for 1 hour and hotel numbers are not working

Location: good. Close to city centre and has good eateries close by. But the property is attached to a function hall and a small tiffin center, so the hotel entrance is very small and a bit inside, not visible from outside. Amenities: there is no car parking as advertised. If you plan to travel by car, then you have to park on the road without any security. Services: we checked in at around 3pm, and we got the ac/tv remote, toiletries at 9pm, when we went and reminded them. Room: it was ok, but many small irritating things. Plug points were loose, needed an extension box to charge phones. Exhaust in bathroom was not working. Hooks, hangar in bathroom were broken. Overall, disappointed, because i had booked the ac deluxe room. If you are only planning to use the room only for a brief stay and will not be travel-ling by car, then you should be fine. Else, it is not worth it. There are better options close by.

Good hotel with the lot of cockroaches. They have attached me in a friendly manner and slept along with me without disturbing me. Also, those cockroaches have used my tooth brush as well as my snacks also. Felt a better friendly stay with cockroaches. The property person hasn't disturbed me on a daily basis for room cleaning and travel changing also. This property is co friendly with cockroaches.

Hotel was not upto the mark. Lots of cockroch inside the hotel room. Off course not value for money. In hotel there is no parking space. Room size was small compare to price
