i visited hotel night 2am by tirupati to kurnool train but for some time person didn't wake up from sleep anyhow after wake up he didnt accept my booking for another 10min than I told him that I have called already at 6pm and given msg that will come hotel in night 2 am but mobile who answered didn't gave msg to night duty person so afterall they accept and I asked soap and towel but didn't gave finally in morning I asked than gave soap and towel nearby 9am totally I did not like these types travels where as after paying money we get negligence and didn't get respect

if anyone wants to stay in a decent property, please DO NOT visit here. property location is good, but the property is the worst I've ever seen. turned Towel, dirty rooms and walls. if possible I'll give - Scoring. Dirty Rooms with some marks, I don't know what marks they are. either sperm marks or Spitting marks. Entire rooms are with the hell lot of Smoking smell, not even provided room spray even after requested. Staff are also not at all groomed well.

The hotel was ok but bedsheet and blankets are very dirty. They couldn't change the same even after complaining..

Bathrooms are not cleaned, need to ask for even towel & basic needs like soap. Walls are drained off not provided with blanket.

It's terrible to stay in sr grand, it's better to choose another on if you are couple or family. It is not meant for family. For my side for couple, without doubt don't come their behaviour not good so terrible, they forced to charge another 300-400 extra as service charge. From couple booking without knowing mangamen they want to make cash. Management was not up to the level don't trust images. Important note : for couple. - better to choose another which are couple friendly and i'm sure it's not up to the standards. Please avoid this of you are a couple and family. Its a over all failure. 1. Management: absolutely 0 2. Communication:very rude and especially in the case of couple. 3. Sanitation: worst. 4. Service : in case of service i don't know how they are behave but, at the time when i check in both worker there were in drink. They argued for extra money and says, next time don't book, and after booking for two persons they are charged another hundred as extra charge and also in check out time they demanded another 300 for not providing identity of second person who were check in along with, it's not problem to provide that they are drunk. So we refuse to give, for that charge additional 300 for that. It's better to take action for this type scenarios. Worst experience i have ever seen. I have spent extra nearly 300- 400. My sincere request is to don't try this if you're a couple or family.

Why does the app always show check in time as 12pm and check out at 11am?. I booked at 9pm and still had to vacate before 11am. Pathetic! i had to pay for the whole day

The hygiene is poor and the bathrooms are not well maintained. Need to improve the services better. The staff is not cooperative when needed. Compared to other hotels in kurnool, not reaching to the standards. The room is pricey for the services. I will not recommend others to take this hotel

At the peak stage of getting sleep while driving towards hyderabad, i used this app and booked room near by me. It is a great experience.

Very bad behaviour of the receptionist, rooms were not clean and stinking, receptionist was demanding for money

Worst ever. Highly not recommended no restaurant, too much unwanted sounds, amenities are not good, maintenance is terrible.
