Review Of Hotel SP Grand

Early check in was provided as requested in make my trip app. Cleanliness of the room could have been better i was able to find hair strands in the bed. Welcome kit consisting of sample soap and shampoo could have been provided in the room. Only 1 L water bottle was provided. Ceiling fan was positioned badly. Plug point was not working.

Absolutely no service, no lift have to walk three floors. No towels, soaps. No drinking water. Had two rooms both led tv had worst display. Broken switch boards. Was very upset.

Nice place to stay. Easy to access bus stand and hotels also nearby, totally best place to stay with peacefully.

Terrible hygiene. Smells bad. Dirty washrooms. Even 1/3rd of the price for this stay is not justified.

This is a old property. Lift facility not available. Ac not working good. Bathroom taps worn out condition. If you came with elderly people means avoid surely because of steps only

Its a old type hotel. There is no lift. All bath room taps are not work properly. Parking available. Access is easy.

there is to relation from the room which i booked looking is completely different and hotel says that they don't have such rooms. they were telling me to go talk to my hotel owner!

No lift facilities. No proper toilet facilities. No wifi. Room no facilities to contact reception. One of the worst hotel i ever stayed and no proper cleaning facilities

Good location, nice frontline staff, value for money, nice maintenance, centre of town, good eateries

The rooms were neat. Staffs are cordial. Hotel is located in prime spot and has access to restaurant/juice stalls/coffee stalls.

The building was very old and they didn't even provide soap. Shampoo and all. The building also does not have a lift. Thats terrible.

There was no access to the hotel by car. They told me my room was on the 5th floor and had no lift being 67 years old i did not want to walk up and down 5 floors. I did not stay there event though i had paid for ot it. It was filthy aa well. Please arrange for a refund. Tks

Very poor quality room and not clean. Toilet did not have health faucet. Mattresses were misaligned and it was not comfortable to sleep.
