Review Of Hotel Solitaire

Hotel is very bad, not at all value for money. Rooms are ordinary, 3 bed is a thin mattress on the floor. Bathroom is very old and dirty. No phone, no lift, poor service, pathetic food. Completely avoid this. I will not even pay 25% of what I paid.

Food was good, I took the buffet at night. Rooms were ok in terms of cleanliness. No slippers were available at hotel. Major problem that I occurred at hotel was with water. Hotel ran out of water in the morning and I had to wait for water to come. Even after waiting for 1.5 hours there was no water available. So I had to leave without bathing. It was terrible experience.

Geyser not working. Lift not working. Advice not for stay.

Service is good and each room sleeper required.
Tea accessories required in the room this is a basic requirement.

Food was good but amenities were poor.
Not a good stay. Even room phone was not in working condition.

Towels were very dirty and it seems that they were not washed and placed as it is after used by someone. Washrooms were not cleaned. Need to improve room services also.

We were staying after coming from Bhakra. It is a nice hotel near Nan gal in city with co-operative staff. Hotel room had some problems initially, not clean enough, geyser not working, anti-mosquito machine not working, no water etc. But the hotel staff made the changes and the things needed available after talking to the reception and changed the room after some time of the compliant. The food was good and room service was fine. Overall the experience was fine.

Overall stay was satisfactory, though location is a bit far from railway station however there is a local market just few steps away from the hotel. I had to visit a local relative and hotel was too close to the place. Overall ambiance was good too.
