Hotel Palace

The rooms are cramped, and the furniture is old-fashioned and tatty. My room had a double bed, although it really was only a single room. I would have preferred a single bed and more space. Also, it hadn't been cleaned properly: the carpet was dusty, and the desk was stained.

Hospitality is very bad, behaviour is not good

Very bad no washroom tab water very dirty room no clean very very very bad experience this hotel.

The pictures were nice when i looked up but then when i reached there it was a whole different scene horrendous that’s what i will call the property the staff was also rude they had stains all over their bed sheets and the are asking 1600 bucks for utter madness not done i would have asked for the refund as i myself am a hotelier and yup the bathrooms were pathetic you guys should drop these type of hotels i would have changed my hotel but i had payed earlier and as i am travelling for business i was so tired

The room, pillow, blanket and sheet were very dirty. The behavior of the staff was also very bad. There was a lot of dirt in the room. The staff was not cooperative. The food was also very bad.

Basic amenities are missing in room like, drinking glass etc. Tv is not properly functional, a small lizard was also in one of my room.

It's a decent budget hotel. Usp is location just opposite main bus station of city.

Breakfast was not provided. We were told that standard room doesn't come with ac. We paid rs 200 more for an upgrade.

It was very bad experience with hotel. Much expensive according to facilities, dirty washrooms, unhygienic quilts.

Over all it is good experience but hot water is not coming in the room.
Only hot water his not coming which is critical in this winter days.

Room is OK. Fan runs at full speed no regulator . Water jet of camod was non functional(Had to use Dabba). Geyser Stopped working on second day . Had to use cold water ?. DG set was very loud . Couldn't sleep whole night .

Room was not up to the mark. Very small, dingy and basic unlike shown. Bathrooms ate very small. Room's window opened within the hotel, so can't take off curtains also. Hotel is not meant to be for families or Couples.

We were four person and booked two rooms, there is very less arrangement for driver. Although they adjusted and provided little bit facility for driver but there must be a proper facility. Staff is cooperative.

My experience was very bad in hotel place in Hoshiarpur on dated 26-05-17. Because I have booked air conditioner room but at the time check in non air conditioner room allotted me. Also I want to say that hotel place need to improve room quality and service facility. Accommodation was also not good.
