Good hotel with helpful staff. It needs more polish in terms of cleanliness, otherwise nice.

Value for money they can improve it in a better way

Location of the hotel is not very good, very less connectivity and very far away from railway station, had to leave very early to catch the train, food is average not too good, but as per the room rent its fine.

The location was good, also it is value for money, even the service was not bad but the issue was with the room appliances like LCD, AC, Tube light and fan which was creating problem to me due to some electrical and wiring may be but it was not solved after many attempts by the service boy although he tried a lot .. Therefore, it seriously needs improvement in this section.

On Main UNA-NANGAL Highway. Good Rooms & Value for money. Even though we have stayed at Buddha Hotel, this is my first review for the hotel. We stayed at Hotel Buddha on May - 11 May 2017 (One Double Bedroom with good sponge + One spare Mattress with Extra Pillows with free of cost. Online Booking procedure was simple and user friendly. No issues there. The check in executives were professional and the check in was smooth, speedy and hassle free. The room had all the basic amenities one would require for a one night stay. There was big canteen. Whatever we ordered for room service was well prepared and the portion sizes were adequate. Room service was fine. The room service was spot on and we never had complaints about the same. Whenever we asked for an item, it was promptly catered for. Check out was again smooth, No problems there. Overall experience:- 10/10 Would surely be staying here again. My children like it very much. Tip:- There should be a lift for Sen. Citizens.

Room was good but can be better with lack of facilities. Location was too good as it was on main road. Food was not there and have to get outside for and dinner. However the staff was good.

We had a night stay here on our trip to McLeodganj via Una. Room - Enough space for two. Location - 10/10 for location (on highway). Facilities - you can't ask for more while paying soo less. P. S. - I will certainly stay in this hotel while my next trip :)

Good room service, well clean, well facilities but WiFi is not available. Parking inside available. Also facilities given to car driver. Our stay is very well. We are fully satisfied. Staff behaviour is very well.
