The stay was pleasant, the rooms were well maintained, and the staff were very responsive. Their service was excellent, making the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Centralized AC is not at all clear... Getting a lot of bad smells no highgine

No Car parking available in hotel you have park you car outside of the hotel and staff behaviour is very rude.. breakfast is good.

Calm please, value for money, breakfast is average, no curtains in wet area. Water for bathing is not hot as i expected it is coming little hotter than normal temperature. No car parking.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Lift is available. Parking is available beside the hotel at owner’s risk. Room service is not available but you can order online. Located some at centre of the city. Full of vehicles sound 24hrs since it is opposite to chennai and bangalore highway. Hotel guys are supportive. Worth for money u pay. Necessary accessories kit also they provide.

As soon as we reach hotel, they were not able to find our booking details even after showing the mmt booking id and other details. Room were pretty small, smelling and bed had stain. There is no parking facility, need to park the car in some small cut roadside near to the hotel.

Our stay in hotel sms grand inn was very good. All of the staff including house keeping were very good. The rooms were clean and they made sure it was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was simple but however we enjoyed it as the staff were nice and friendly. I would like to mention front office manager kartik who was exceptional and extremely diligent. He was very helpful and informative and went out of his way to make our stay a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back to this hotel if we’re back in vellore again.

It was very shady and maintanance was poor ! location is perfect but parking for my 4 wheeler was on road !
