Staff is good but unclean property. Terrible housekeeping amenities and kitchen almost unserviceable except dinner.

Bad in all aspects.

There was power cut for the entire day and they refused to turn the power backup on. Other than that, excellent service.

The stay was good and the hotel was neat and clean but there were frequent power cuts and the kitchen wasn't working most of the time so we had to order food from outside or go somewhere. Thank you

Hotel management too slow in every thing(i. E. - services) also they only have 1 caretaker who is responsible for all things which delays your food and any thing you require.

Bad

Pathetic hotel. No electricity no basic amenities rude staff not worth paying for the room. No toiletry no dental kit.

Room was neat & clean. Very good room services - prompt & in time. Staff are cordial & responsive. Car parking facility is good but have some space constraint.
