Review Of HOTEL SILSILA

There is issue with parking other than this it was a good stay. And I do recommend this place as this is very near to Banaras railway station.

I have find a property in make my trip. Good hotel in banaras a breakfast lunch & dinner very great. Sttaf is so good. I suggested that everyone go banaras visit & book great hotel

We didn't stayed, after checking the hotel, we find it very untidy and poorly maintained. The taxi wasnt able to reach near the hotel as narrow lane towards hotel from main road, was becoming more narrow and one has to literally carry luggage manually for 50 metres.

The room had only one very small table of the size of a suitcase. No table to keep luggage while opening it. The cupboard was full of dust and not cleaned for weeks. The bedsheets had oily spots all over. The 4th replacement bedsheet was accepted with no further choice. I was about to cancel the booking but it was 10pm. It was clear that there is no in-house pantry, but food from outside was served as per menu card. I asked for tea at 7am but they told it can be provided only after 8am. The ac was also slow in cooling. No boy was available to carry out the luggage at checkout. The tv set top box had to be replaced with one from other room that had active paid subscription. Overall a bad experience and no value for money.
