The room was very clean and the staffs were very polite. They provided me early check in without any extra charges. Overall great experience.

Hotel Mangal Murti is really a great budget Friendly hotel. It's very clean and the service is really good and respectful. It is very close to the Dasaswamedh ghat you can reach it in 5 mins by walk. You can reach kasi viswanath temple in less than 10 mins by walk. Overall very nice and comfortable stay. Food is very nice, we have ordered veg main course and rotis and dosas which are very nice.

It was a wonderful experience staying over this hotel. The thing i checked while making the booking was its location and its was 100% accurate, if i talk about its Rooms they was clean, hygienic, well maintained, bedding was soft comfortable & clean. Washroom was also hygienic and well maintained. At the top the most important and impressive thing was the behaviour of the staff: Karan, this guy was a true gem he made our stay perfect, peaceful and enjoyable he guided us to save time, efforts and money. I would say this was worth of my each penny and most importantly it was a family hotel with safe and secure environment.

Stay was very comfortable and the location is spot on just near Gowdolia Chowk with all the major places just walkable on foot.

The hotel was well maintained. Clean sheets and friendly staff. The hotel is located walkable to ghats. Mr Deepu in front desk was super helpful in guiding me about the local customs and best time to visit temples. This hotel even provided quality, tasteful and affordable food to our room. The overall express was great.

Property location was good. Almost very near by to dashashwamedh ghat and kashi Vishwanath temple And food we ordered outside hotel, Hotel staff was very polite and humble. They were very cooperative too in all aspects. I found good experience staying in hotel and interacting with the hotel staffs.

I booked 3 rooms for my stay for a group of 7. Location wise a very good place but you have to pull your trolleys for 300-400 mts as no one will drop you there because of ongoing construction.Hotel is very crampy and rooms are small. In house services nothing specific to write.They have menu cards for food but i was not able to know,actually where was the food cooked.Food was of very poor quality. Only positive point is its location but it comes with many negative points.

The property is in a crowded place Difficult to reach by Auto And Car but can reach 500metrs before property but overall good

Hotel Mangal Murti is not suitable for family stay. should not empanelled such type of unhygienic hotel.

This property is familiar with idiom- Dont judge abook by its cover. The location look old but inside the room its very neat and tidy with comfortable ambience and bed. The food was more than good.Staff was coordial.Only requirement was the service speed, as you have to wait for atleast more than one hour for even bread toast.One more requirement is if spare bathroom slipper. If the service improves, this will be one of best family stay holtel in varanasi(for temple and ghat darshan).
